Title Associates, Inc. and its agents are licensed by the Wisconsin State Insurance Commissioners Office to solicit, sell and perform all duties associated with the sale and placement of Title Insurance. We are independently owned and operated right here in Madison, Wisconsin. We are, however, able to handle your title insurance needs in Dane, Rock, Green, Iowa, Sauk, Columbia and Jefferson Counties.

Title Associates, Inc., is solely owned by Dennis Midthun, a long time, well-qualified real estate professional. We are an agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Company.
